Letter

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service and attention at your cinema, on October 28th, 2010. I thought that my girlfriend and I were going to have a good time, but unfortunately it was one of the worst cinemas that I have ever been to. Here I have a couple of complaints concerning this visit.

To begin with, when we bought our tickets, the ticket seller was very rude. He spoke to us in a very impolite way when he gave us our change. We thought that maybe he was having a bad day, so we decided not to say anything. Later, when we were waiting to watch the movie, a food and drink seller got into the cinema. He started shouting extremely loudly. We could not even have a small talk due to his annoying shouts. Finally, the movie started, it was a really good movie. The sound was excellent, the subtitles could be easily read and the armchairs were quite comfortable. We were enjoying the movie, but unhappily, many black spots started appearing on the screen. Sometimes, they were so big that we could not watch the captions or even the characters’ faces. To make a long story short, it was a horrible day.

I would like you to take my points under consideration and I expect a refund from your cinema, it could be two free tickets for another movie or maybe some discount in our next showing. I hope you will give this matter immediate attention. Remember, many people were in that showing. I am looking forward to obtaining an answer from you,

Yours sincerely,
Joaquín Eguren Álvarez
